Ticket sales cover only a portion of DTMC’s operating expenses; for the rest, we have our dedicated ‘GEMs’ to thank. 

DTMC’s ‘GEMs’ is a group of people who understand that to make great choral music, you need more than great singers, sets and costumes. In addition, you must have a warm (or cool) comfy space, phone lines to take reservations, electricity to power the stage lights and so much more! In short, the fixed costs and overhead that need to be paid all year long.

We'll be singing some of your favorites such as 'Silent Night,' 'Silver Bells,'

and 'Deck the Halls,' plus some surprises as only DTMC can provide!

Tickets are $18 in-advance ($20 at-the-door) for general seating, $15 for students and seniors and $25 for preferred seating. Tickets are available at Just4Us and at Five15.

If you ever wanted to join a vibrant choral community, now is the time. Detroit Together men’s Chorus invites you to celebrate our 29th Season in song!  DTMC is dedicated to musical excellence. We are men of diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives awakening awareness with our voices. Your talent, enthusiasm and presence are welcome!  Join DTMC for a season of fun, friends and most of all music excellence.

 DTMC is currently seeking candidates for singing positions in the Chorus for the 2011-2012 season.   All voice parts are being heard.

We are always looking for new members  . . .

 both Singing members,

If you like singing, can carry a tune and match pitch, then give Detroit Together Men’s Chorus a try.  We are a non-auditioned chorus.  We have members of all different levels of singing and musical abilities.  As a group we support each other as we study and practice and aim for musical excellence.  So if you like singing in the shower or serenading your pets, then come and give the Detroit Together Men’s Chorus a try!

Rehearsals are Tuesday evenings,

 at  7:00 PM

and just as important, Associate members!

There are also very important roles for non-singing members. If you don't like to sing, but you love Detroit Together Men’s Chorus, you can play an integral part!  We often need non-singing members that can contribute by supporting the business operations of the organization . . . marketing, fund-raising, and ad sales . . . as well as Concert related tasks, such as set/costume designer, choreographers, dancers, musicians, assistance with concert production, and preparing the reception are just a few of the volunteer opportunities available.
